WHAT CAUSES SCIATICA?
Sciatica is pain caused by irritation of the nerve roots leading to the sciatic nerve. Symptoms include tingling, numbness or pain which you may feel in the lower back or buttock and may go down one or both legs towards the feet. Sciatica, which is pain that comes from the sciatic nerve, is usually a result of another problem such as spinal stenosis, herniated disc, arthritis or nerve compression (pinched nerve).
HOW IS SCIATICA TREATED?
